Fabric Trims
Our fabric trims comprise of many materials and sometimes may have multiple materials included in the production process.
Because of this, it is important to wash them with care.
Fabric trims must be washed in cold water, preferably by hand. If you do decide to put it in the machine, please do not choose a spin cycle. Usually the shortest cold, non spin-cycle is the best.
Leave to air dry or have it dry cleaned. If you must iron it, please iron on the reverse side. An added security measure is to put a cotton fabric between the iron and trim. This prevents any delicate fabric from burning. Most trims can be ironed at the synthetic setting.
Wooden Blocks
Wipe any paint residue off the wooden blocks. You could even use an old toothbrush or a bristle brush to get to those carved out spaces.
Wipe off with a damp cloth and leave to dry overnight.

Products with mirrors.
A lot of our trims have mirrors or stick on beads and rhinestones on them.
These can easily be glued back using fabric glue. Fabric glue usually dries transparent and works well with mirror-work trims.
For other products such as mirrored tassels, you can clean the mirrored surface by wiping it with window or glass cleaner.
Spray a small amount on a piece of fabric, tissue or an earbud and use that to clean the mirrors. Spraying directly onto the mirror, may result in colour bleeding off the fabric or damage to the accessories.
